Privacy Policy

UniNavio stores account ID, language, programs and comparisons. Applications are private to the signed-in user. Only the administrator sees account name, email and registration time for account management and support. We do not sell data.

We use your account email for deadline reminders only after separate consent and email confirmation. Messages relate only to the programs you choose. When you turn reminders off, we delete consent and its link token; your account email remains for your account. The link in each email lets you stop all reminders without signing in.

Anonymous usage analytics

To improve the site, we count visits and actions such as search, program views, saves, comparisons and clicks to official pages. We do not store typed search text, names, email addresses, IP addresses or a persistent analytics identifier.

Sign-in and minors

Public search, comparison, the field-of-study assessment and the device-saved plan work without an account; an account is only needed to sync between devices. UniNavio directly manages registration and sign-in; passwords are stored only in a cryptographically processed form that cannot be read by administrators. Users under 16 should obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before creating an account.

Your choices

You may use public research tools without signing in. You may request export or deletion of account data through the contact channel.
