Compare programme language and fees, verify school-certificate recognition and plan the residence procedure for studying.

  1. Choose a specific programme and academic year; UW’s 2026/27 admissions have closed.
  2. Prepare school certificate, grades, accepted English evidence and required translation/apostille.
  3. Check whether an individual NAWA statement is required; use the university’s application portal.
  4. After admission, prepare accommodation, insurance, financial evidence and the applicable consular application.

Costs

Example: UW Business and Management costs EUR 4,000/year in 2026/27. Budget separately for applications, housing, food, transport and insurance; verify city amounts on official pages.

Visa and residence

Long-term study for a non-EU student requires the appropriate visa or residence right. Follow the Polish consulate’s admission, finance and insurance requirements; check appointment instructions in e-Konsulat.

Qualification recognition

NAWA determines access to higher education with foreign school certificates; automatic-recognition exceptions apply. Georgian diploma recognition follows NCEQE rules.
