Program overview
A twelve-semester, 360 ECTS German-taught medical degree. Admission is awarded once per year through the MedAT-H test.
Application route
Register on medizinstudieren.at within the annual window, choose Vienna and Human Medicine, pay the MedAT fee and sit the German-language MedAT-H in person. After receiving a place, complete enrolment in MedCampus.
Admission requirements
- ✓ General and special university entrance qualification
- ✓ German at C1 for admission
- ✓ Successful MedAT-H result
- ✓ Latin or other supplementary exams where prescribed
Required documents
- ✓ School-leaving certificate and grades from the final three school years
- ✓ Passport and citizenship evidence
- ✓ Proof of German C1
- ✓ MedAT registration and result documents
- ✓ Required legalisation and official translation
