Your eligibility
The provider makes the final decision. Verify each item below separately.
Education/status
Active bachelor’s/master’s/doctoral status in the same study level during application and mobility; bachelor’s students need at least 60 ECTS. Relevant language at least B2. Bachelor’s/master’s applicants need a dean-signed, curriculum-expert-approved Learning Agreement with at least 12 recognisable ECTS unless the host requires more. Cycle-specific prior-mobility and doctoral research limits apply.
Language and level
Host-programme specific — verify the current call.
Citizenship
For students of the home university; verify the call’s citizenship and enrolment conditions separately.
Annual budget (€)
The university describes European Commission support for travel and living costs. Exact partner/country amounts and any remaining costs must be checked in the specific award; funding is not automatic.
This is a requirements aid, not an admission guarantee.
Choose hosts from the appropriate call, obtain curriculum approval first, then submit one complete online application with your Ilia email account and up to five host preferences. As the 8 October preparation deadline passed, ask the IRO whether your existing approved agreement qualifies; do not assume a new application can start now.

What it offers
- The university describes European Commission support for travel and living costs. Exact partner/country amounts and any remaining costs must be checked in the specific award; funding is not automatic.
- Before departure, obtain approval of the study/research plan from the home and host institutions. For Erasmus+ studies, the Learning Agreement records the courses and agreed recognition. After return, submit the host transcript and complete the home university’s recognition procedure. Confirm any programme-specific limits before accepting.
- A future final deadline does not remove the earlier compulsory approval step. Final eligibility must be checked with Ilia’s IRO.
